LADY Gaga needs to brighten up if she wants to act like the Queen.She splurged £30,000 on a tiara after becoming hooked on Her Majesty during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations last month.A source said: “She got the tiara custom-made by Louis Vuitton and parades everywhere in it – even when cooking in her flat.”Now she just needs to work up the energy to practise her wave.
