Last Updated: 13th July 2012RACE ace Lewis Hamilton’s romance with Nicole Scherzinger was in big trouble last night after he took TEN girls back to his hotel suite.The F1 star, 27, partied until 5.30am in a £3,800-a-night penthouse.A pal of Nicole said: “She is seething.”A source close to the new X Factor judge, 34, said: “She can’t believe he would be so disrespectful to her in this way.“It’s not the kind of behaviour she expects from him. Lewis is in serious trouble.“He wasn’t thrilled when she accepted the X Factor job so there have been massive tensions. Now things have reached crisis point. Nicole is demanding explanations and a discussion about their future.”Lewis invited the girls and male pals back to his penthouse suite on the ninth floor of the posh Mayfair Hotel at 3am after EIGHT HOURS hitting London’s clubs with US rapper J Cole.

Among them were brunette Claudia Martinez, 20, and her blonde pal Emily Tudor, 21.

They told The Sun how they met Hamilton at Funky Buddha nightclub on Tuesday. They were on a nearby VIP table when they were ushered over to join his party.Emily said: “We saw a few celebrities walk in — J Cole and his entourage and then Lewis.”

Claudia, who used to work at Armani in the Westfield shopping mall, West London, said: “Some girl asked me ‘Which one do you like, J Cole or Lewis Hamilton?’“I didn’t even realise it was him. Before I knew it was him I thought he was hot.“He didn’t seem to be drinking much. I asked him why and he asked me to pour him a drink.”

When the multi-millionaire Brit racing driver and his entourage left, he invited a group of girls to join him in his suite.Claudia said: “We were told to follow on behind. We thought it was going to be quite fun.”The girls waited in the lobby while Hamilton checked in. Claudia said: “He managed to haggle the price of the room down from £5,000 to £3,800. There was a big cowskin chair in the sitting room.”

Emily added: “It was huge, there was a kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a huge lounge.“Lots of people were chilling in the main bedroom, people were smoking on the balcony.“At one point Lewis was spraying champagne all over the room like he had just won a race.”The girls were among the last to leave the hotel at around 5.30am.

Earlier, while he was waiting in the lobby, Lewis was snapped kissing old pal Phreeda Sharp.He later took to Twitter to deny he had cheated on Nicole, saying: “Phreeda is like my sister, a good mate to me n Nicole. Cant say goodbye 2 friends without it being seen as a mystery kiss.”Meanwhile, ex-Pussycat Doll Nicole was 5,000 miles away in Los Angeles where she was spotted wearing a T-shirt with the slogan Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.

The day after his hotel party, Lewis was whisked away from Gatwick airport in a private jet. Hunched in a red hoodie, he looked worried as he talked earnestly on his mobile.A source close to Nicole said: “She is getting ready for a big role on UK X Factor and really doesn’t need this.“Their relationship is already under permanent strain because of his jet-setting around the world with his job.
