KAI Rooney must be Barcing mad to abandon the team that made his dad famous - by wearing a Barcelona football shirt.

The two-year-old was spotted in the famous red and blue kit, which was personalised with his name.

Barcelona - who play at the Nou Camp - are arch rivals of the very team who probably paid for the kit: Manchester United.

Dad Wayne has another three years on his contract with the side - but perhaps Kai knows something we don't!

The dark-haired lad was enjoying a day out in Liverpool with his mum Coleen and her younger brother Anthony.

The family lunched at Pod in Mossley Hill on Monday afternoon.

And while Kai was decked out in footy gear, Coleen looked the consummate WAG in denim and leopard print with designer accessories.

There's no news of a little brother or sister for the cute toddler - but Kai does have a brand new cousin.

Wayne's younger brother John, who plays for Orlando City, welcomed a baby boy over the weekend.

And Coleen tweeted yesterday: "Woke up to some great news this morning! Me and @WayneRooney are an auntie and uncle! Congratulations @johnroo1663 and Casey! He's gorgeous."
